Matt Gallant is a golf coach and competitor with over 20 years of experience developing players from junior golf through the professional level. Based at the Butch Harmon Floridian Learning Center, Matt works with competitive golfers who are committed to improving their skills, understanding their game, and performing at a higher level.
After competing at the University of Tennessee and Austin Peay State University, Matt pursued professional tournament golf before entering the golf industry through caddying and coaching. His experience as a player, caddie, coach, and active competitor provides a unique perspective on the technical, strategic, and mental demands of performance.
Matt’s coaching philosophy centers on simplifying improvement and building skills that transfer to competition. Through a combination of technical instruction, performance analytics, skill development, and on-course coaching, he helps players build games they can trust under pressure and perform with confidence when it matters most.
